A BIT ABOUT ME
THE ROAD TO DISCOVERING MY PASSION
Art - one of the earliest forms of creativity, intellect, and self-expression. It has shaped the world in unimaginable ways. Throughout time the mediums and philosophies have changed but the basic principle has remained the same - create and inspire.

From a young age, I was fascinated by art and the emotions it cultivated, the stories it told, and the memories it evoked by a piece of art. A piece of art can provide a glimpse of what it’s creator was thinking and feeling at the time of its conception. In a way, it provides mankind with a time machine. The other part I found fascinating was the way people of all race, sex, creed, and tongue can look at a piece and be moved and inspired. Art has always been the world's great equalizer.

When I got to college, I knew I would never be satisfied sitting at a desk all day pushing papers. I had an eye for design, a need to create and a desire to inspire. I started out with a major in fine art but I quickly realized that there were certain aspects that I didn’t find practical. Yet, had I not started out in fine arts, I would have never discovered my passion for graphic design and digital marketing. After my first semester, I decided that I wanted to find a way capture and inspire people in their day-to-day life with my art and design. Once I switched my major to marketing and added a graphic design minor I knew that I had found my passion.
